FRANK ARCHIBONG EXTOLS GOVERNOR EMMANUEL’S DEVELOPMENTAL STRIDES IN EKET, AKWA IBOM STATE

The Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Akwa Ibom State, Frank Archibong , has extolled his boss. Governor Udom Emmanuel for his avowed commitment,zeal and passion in the infrastructural development of the entire State and Eket Local Government in particular, describing the Governor as a promise keeper and a special gift to the people.
Speaking at the commissioning of 23.4km Eket-Etinan road project by former President of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo in Eket on Tuesday, the Commissioner spoke glowingly of Governor Emmanuel on his great strides; ” I want to thank my father,my Governor, the number one development agent , one who has kept to everything he had promised the people, little wonder he is still commissioning projects even in the winding days of his administration”.
Archibong, proud son of Eket LGA, commended the quality of job delivery of the road project which according to him has blown the minds of the people of Eket, adding that it would further make Eket and Akwa Ibom State an economic and business hub in the country, while praying God to bless the Governor.
He also appreciated the wife of the Governor,Dr Martha Udom Emmanuel for supporting the Governor to succeed in his mission of transforming the State, while expressing confidence in the pedigree and capacity of the incoming Governor, Pastor Umoh Eno to consolidate on the gains of Udom Emmanuel administration when on board.
