Rep Idem condoles Ikot Ekpene Senatorial District PDP chairman over mother’s demise
The Member Representing Ukanafun/OrukAnam Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Rep Unyime Idem has joined thousands of sympathisers to commiserate with the lkot Ekpene Senatorial District Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Pastor Cletus Eshiet over the demise of his mother, late Madam Elizabeth Akpan Unwa Udom who was aged 92.
Extending his condolences to the bereaved family at the funeral Mass held at St Anthony Catholic Church, Ikot Abia in Oruk Anam local government Area, Rep Idem described Late Madam Elizabeth Unwa Udom as a devout christian and role model who was full of strength and courage.
Idem who is also the Deputy Chairman, House Communications Committee noted that the Late nonagenarian was an advocate of Peace who committed her time and resources to serving God and humanity.
The National Lawmaker in a well scripted condolence message opined that the humble and pragmatic disposition of Pastor Eshiet attested to the life of her mother while on earth.
Idem on behalf of his family and the good people of Ukanafun/ OrukAnam Federal Constituency urged the bereaved family to be consoled that their mother, Elizabeth,left indelible prints on the sands of time for others to emulate.
He prayed God to grant the family the fortitude to bear the loss while wishing the soul of the departed Mother eternal rest.
