Chimamanda Adichie has been criticised for attending a book launch about Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.
After the launch of a book about Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, renowned author Chimamanda Adichie has become popular on social media with a photo trend and criticisms for her attendance.
The book, titled “Osinbajo Strides: Defining Moments of an Innovative Leader,” was the subject of a virtual launch.
Many who shared the photo criticized Adichie for reviewing a book on Osinbajo, a member of the Buhari administration whom she has previously criticized.
However, during her keynote address, Adichie praised Osinbajo as a wonderful person and an inspiring leader.
The book was written by a group of 25 journalists and writers known as the “PYO Collective,” and the foreword was written by former Head of State, Gen. Abdulsalami Abubakar (retd). (Guardian Life).
