Gombe United new signing Christian Molokwu delighted with debut for Kwara United stalemate
Gombe United defender Christian Molokwu was pleased with his debut for their NPFL stalemate with Kwara United.
The combative full-back featured in the entire duration, putting in an outstanding performance. Bubbly as always bursting down the right flank, Molokwu was a constant threat to the Kwara United defence and was in everything for Gombe United, completing over 95% passes.
Molokwu reacted during his post-game interview with Lodgexpress official website; “It was very positive to play my first Gombe United game in the NPFL and in front of some of our traveling supporters.
“The team comes first and the result is very important, I feel very much at home here. Like I said before, from the first day they’ve welcomed me so well and the supporters have been amazing.
“I’m trying to help the team achieve its goal of the season and with my qualities I’m prepared to contribute 100% to the team”.
