Peter Obi Visits Flood Disaster Victims In Bayelsa

The presidential candidate of Labour Party is in Bayelsa State to visit flood victims. He was accompanied by the governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Douye Diri.

Mr Peter Obi is the first presidential candidate to have embarked on visiting flood victims in Nigeria. He has earlier paid similar visit to Benue State. He also appealed to other presidential candidates to suspend their political campaigns and support flood victims.

Meanwhile Diri, had expressed sympathy for victims and communities affected by the devastating flood in the state, saying his government feels their pain and suffering.
