Gov Udom Emmanuel has restated the qualities he is looking for.
Speaking during the media chat with Akwa Ibom State Nigeria Union of Journalists at Banquet hall, government house, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, on Monday September 19, 2022.
The qualities, according to the governor, are humility, cool-headedness, accommodating, peace-loving and someone who will continue from where he stops, whom he assures, would be found by 2023.
