UGE for President: Niger State will regain its prestige during my presidency – Gov. Udom Emmanuel

PDP Presidential Aspirant and Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Mr. Udom Emmanuel has promised to restore the economic glory of Niger State, during his presidency. He recalled that in the past, the state hosted industries and other notable commercial ventures, which have now all vanished due to insecurity and bad economic policies. He said that the key motivation for his presidential aspiration is the urgent need to fix the economy.

In his introductory speech, the Chairman of the Presidential Campaign Council, HE Sen. Gabriel Suswam described the Udom Presidential Project as the apt solution for the country’s problems. He testified to the capacity of the aspirant to deliver on his promises.

Sen. Zainab Kure, who is the Leader of the Party in Niger state, appreciated the Governor for the respect and consistent love that he has shown to the people of Niger and the party supporters in the state. She also appreciated the quality of ideas proposed by the Aspirant. She appealed to the delegates to wear their thinking cap and elect the best candidate for the party.

The State Chairman of the Party, Barr. Tanko Beji reminded the delegates that Governor Udom Emmanuel and Sen. Gabriel Suswam had been very helpful to the party in the state, during their trying moments and this was an ample opportunity to repay their goodness.

The Presidential Aspirant stopped over at Government House, Minna to see his colleague Governor, Abubakar Sani Bello and pay homage to the Emirs who were attending a meeting there.
