By Manasseh Umoette The Management of the Federal Polytechnic, Ukana, in Akwa Ibom State has directed all fresh and returning Students of the Institution to resume for the 2022/2023 Academic session. The Registrar of the Institution, Dr. Okon John Ekanem, gave this directive in an internal memo and made it available to newsmen through the Public Relations Officer Mr. Manasseh Umoette. According to the memo which read in part,” the Academic Board of the institution, considered and approved the commencement of the academic calendar for the 2022/2023 session with effect from Monday, 5th December 2022 with all fresh students (ND1) expected to report on that date for registration. The memo also directed students to refer to the 2022/2023 Academic calendar and the Notice Board for detailed academic activities, while fresh students are encouraged to conclude a pre-registration formality such as payment of acceptance fees/ school charges and acquisition of Medical Certificates, before the Registration date.
