JUST IN: Police Council Confirms Egbetokun As Substantive IGP

Kayode Egbetokun has been confirmed as the substantive Inspector-General of Police.

The confirmation was given by the Nigeria Police Council.

The minister of police affairs, Ibrahim Geidam, announced this to journalists at the State House, Abuja, after the Council’s meeting on Tuesday, October 31.
