Doma Utd goalkeeper Kingdom Osayi: ‘We feel we can beat anyone’
Doma United goalkeeper Kingdom Osayi says there’s a great winning belief inside the locker room this season.
A run of four wins, a draw and just a single defeat in the opening six NPFL games in the second round looks to have laid the groundwork for the Savannah Tigers to challenge for the top spots this term.
They are currently second on the table and have narrowed the gap between the group leaders Lobi Stars to just one point after beating Bayelsa United 2-1 on Sunday.
“It’s good when you are in the race,” Osayi told Lodgexpress.com. “You have a better chance to finish well than if you are sixth or seventh. You know everything is possible.
“Every game is a ‘win’ game for us – we have the quality to beat everyone, when you look at the teams we have played already. It’s just about a winning mentality. If we can keep that, at the end of the season we can be proud.”
