Deputy Echeta says Enyimba stalemate proof Bendel Insurance on right track
Bendel Insurance winger Deputy Echeta says the 1-1 stalemate with Enyimba on Sunday is proof his side are on the right track.
Reacting during a post-game presser with Lodgexpress official website, Echeta who was named in the starting lineup said: “I honestly think that our performance on Sunday reinforces the idea of a team that we want to show in the long term, more than if it had been a lucky win after a great display.

“If we had taken a couple of the chances that we had, now we would be talking about one of our best games of the season, so we should see this result from an extremely positive perspective when we did so many things well.
“However, we are aware that we must get better in that area.
“I strongly believe that the team is on the right track, after all the hard work we put on the pitch.
“We proved over the weekend when we drew Enyimba right in front of their fans.”
