Croatia head coach, Zlatko Dalic, has claimed Lionel Messi and his Argentina team-mates are under pressure ahead of their 2022 World Cup semi-final clash.
Dalic also said if they defeat the South Americans, it would be the biggest football win in their history.
He said: “We’re playing the great Argentina, a terrific team led by Lionel Messi, they are highly-motivated but under more pressure.
“They have more support than us and that’s a handicap to us, but they are under greater pressure than us.”
This will be Croatia’s second successive appearance in the semi-final of the World Cup.
And Dalic described the victory over England in Moscow four years ago as his nation’s proudest moment.
“The semi final-match against England in the last World Cup was the greatest match of all time, the game against Brazil (in the quarter-finals here) comes in second.
“If we win against Argentina, that would make it the greatest historical game for Croatia of all time,” Dalic said.
