Arsenal relaxed over being put on FFP watchlist
Premier League giants Arsenal believe they are compliant with Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations at present.
The Gunners were reported to be among 20 total teams that are on UEFA’s watchlist for potential FFP breaches.
UEFA rules state that the Club Financial Control Body (CFCB) must constantly monitor team finances to ensure they are in compliance with FFP rules.
According to The Times, initial analysis showed UEFA that around 20 teams might be in breach in the 2021-2022 season.
However, that does not mean Arsenal are in any trouble at present, and the club believes they are in a great position.
The regulations state that clubs are allowed €30 million losses over a three-year period.
