Ekerette Udom: Sunshine Stars must bounce back to winning ways

Sunshine Stars center-back Ekerette Udom sees victory over Abia Warriors as a must.

Udom says the Owena Whales need a confidence boost following a three consecutive winless run which has seen them share points in their last three games where they’ve played 1-1.

“When the team is in such a run the next game is difficult because you need to react, get some confidence and get back to winning ways,” he told Lodgexpress.com after Rangers stalemate in Akure last Sunday.

“So we hope we can do it against Abia Warriors and after that, we have another game at home to Lobi Stars and the chance to push ourselves to the group top three, so we are looking forward to changing the dynamic of the last three games and turn it to positive.”
