2022 Batch C Stream I Corps Members Kaduna State Swearing-In

The formal opening and Swearing in Ceremony for the 2022 Batch C Stream I corps members took place today at the NYSC temporary Orientation Camp, Government College Kaduna, for corps members deployed to Kaduna State.
His Excellency, The Executive Governor of Kaduna State, Mal Nasir Ahmed El- Rufia was ably represented by the Hon Commissioner Human Services and Social Development Hajiya Hafsat Mohammed Baba who presided over the ceremony.
In her address, Haj Baba said the scheme has contributed greatly to national unity and development hence the need for Corps members to sustain this legacy by inculcating in them the spirit of national integration, selfless service,oneness and brotherhood irrespective of their social backgrounds. She further urged corps members to be prepared to serve the nation diligently with zeal and patriotism. Noting that Kaduna State Government will continue to support the scheme in the state to achieve its objectives and the security of corps members is of ultimate importance.
The State Coordinator earlier in his introductory address, appreciated the contributions of the State Government and the Governing Board. Mr Odoba charged corps members to be obedient, diligent, participate in all camp activities and most importantly acquire a skill by participating effectively in the hands on training during Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development in-camp programme.
Highlights of the occasion was the symbolic signing of the oath of allegiance by the representative of the Chief Judge of Kaduna, Justic Nasir Umar Sadiq and thug of war display by Man ‘O’ War Special Squad.
